    I have been obsessed with this lately! After you have painted your nail & it is dry, use a cotton swab to swipe rubbing alcohol on the entire surface of it. Take a newspaper article and press the desired text onto your nail. Paint a clear top coat to set & “viola!” instant off the press nails!
