I know a lot of bad things happen in the world, and it’s hard to go on social without learning of more terrible things happening every day. It’s tough seeing darkness out there, to know how many people and animals are hurting & suffering. I honestly rub every old lamp I find hoping a genie will pop out! I can’t wish the world perfect (yet!! my genie might still be out there 🧞‍♀️) So I channel a lot of my feelings into my paintings. This SDCC painting makes me think of the oceans and how we affect them. Im not Captain Planet, I can’t use supernatural powers to fix things. But I can talk to you beautiful supporters about helping keep our wildlife safe. Recycle, cut up those plastic circles on 6packs, go organic/biodegradable, look up local/national organizations that you can support with time or donations (like pangea seed), do one act of kindness everyday. If we all work together we CAN become protectors of our earth.
