IN CASE ANYONE MISSED IT (cause I did too at first)!! The guy sitting behind the girl was trying to record/take pics under her skirt; the man in blue noticed, got up and stood between the girl and the creep, and offered her his seat so the guy (nor anyone else) could try it again.
