This isn’t a cute picture, it’s a tragedy.

From a former vet tech: these dogs are absolutely forced to be vicious.

If they are not kept with an officer at home, they are caged at the police station for their entire life.

They are abused and forced to become something they are not, to inflict fear and pain on marginalized people.
