Things like mental health and screen usage do have a massive impact on your sleep, but it's a misassumption to work on this belief that a 9-to-5 schedule is some human default. It's a new concept brought on by the Industrial Revolution. There's neither some fundamental flaw with you if you can't function on that schedule, nor is humanity being overrun by insomniacs if most of those people seem to be sleeping just fine on weekends.
